Miraflores Restaurant
The restaurant commands a stunning view of the Miraflores locks and is situated above the visitors centre. It has received rave reviews from various publications, where one has the opportunity of dining in a 5 star setting whilst watching these mammoth vessels being guided through the locks and onwards towards the Pacific Ocean.
The locale is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm, and offers a full menu ranging from seafood to steaks and an exquisite buffet at night; the comprehensive buffet comprises of a range of beef, pork, seafood, accompanied by vegetables, pasta or rice as well as imported cheeses and delectable desserts. The restaurant has an elegant 5 star ambience about it and seats approximately 150 guests. Reservations are recommended and the dress code is smart casual.
