Coronado

The golf course, which is a signature course of Tom Fazio, was recently ranked as the number one course in the world is located at the Coronado resort, together with a well equipped equestrian centre and a number of sporting facilities and amenities.

The 18 hole golf course and related facilities has been a major addition and attraction to the area, where real estate investment and development is highly sought after. This couple with the Pacific Ocean shoreline and beautiful scenery is a tropical paradise par excellence.

Development has been quite significant in the area and this has contributed to the fantastic infrastructure and resort development in this locale. Apart from the great beach club, where one can enjoy a nice cold cocktail or beer whilst the kids play on the beach, there are a number of restaurants providing world class fare and entertainment. The area was one of the first developing tourist attractions in Panama and therefore has a well established commercial and social network; there are numerous shops, inlcuding hardware centres, pharmacies, supermarkets and the like. As well as an established nightlife for those seeking a bit of after hours fun.

The area is fairly secluded in the week, where one can enjoy the beach all to his or herself, with the holidays and weekends picking up on the activity with visiting locals and tourists.

Coronado is very centrally located, as it is only an hour out of Panama City and ¾ of an hour from El Valle, which makes it one of the most centrally located areas, making it a prize area for investment and further real estate development.
